The ministry of higher and secondary education in their letter #87-04-299 dd. Jan 20, 2020 provided a list of various programs as well as fellowships open for applications.

The list of the most relevant programs along with basic information and programs links is provided below:

Turkish scholarship

The scholarship is for students who would like to study in Turkey. All accredited universities in Turkey participate in the scholarship.

Application deadline: February 24, 2020

The Journalist Fellowship Programme at the Reuters Institute

Fellowship period: 3 or 6 weeks

Holland scholarship

The program is for foreign students willing to obtain bachelor or master degree in the Netherlands. Program organizers are the ministry of education, culture and science and several research institutes of the Netherlands.
